Working in partnership with young people
We believe that young people are the experts in what’s best for them, and what they need the most. So we take our lead from young people – we informally consult with young people using our service, and in the wider community, and our youth boards provide regular and formal decision-making.
We co-produce our services with young people. Young people decide the direction of our services, what they look like, what activities take place, what the youth cafes look like, and how they interact with us. This means we can be sure our services stay relevant, innovative, and youth-led.
