Here For You Counselling

Area 43’s Here for You service is available to all patients registered with a Ceredigion GP Practice who are aged between 13 and 30 with mild to moderate mental health concerns.

Counselling sessions can be delivered face-to-face or online depending on the user’s needs.

Referrals are welcomed from any source provided they are completed with the knowledge and consent of the user; in practice, it is best that the user completes the form themselves or is present when the form is completed.

Upon receipt of the registration form Area 43 will send an acknowledgement to the referrer. The referral will be shared with one of Area 43’s counsellors who will contact the user, using their preferred contact method to arrange an assessment.
